In these cases this procedure allows for a deep, highly efficient corrective repair of the rail profile – thus playing a fundamental part in extending the life of these critical components.

How do we deal with deep rail defects? With profound Knowhow.

In order to efficiently reprofile deep rail defects, we rely on high-performance technologies which set standards in many regards, especially when it comes to use on particularly loaded rails and narrow arcs. Thanks to a material abrasion of max. 2.5mm our machines are not only highly effective but also very quiet – including minimal flying sparks. A combination which makes them especially suitable for inner-city areas.
